PracticeIQ (practiceiq.ca) is operated by Krystian R. Urbanski in Toronto, Ontario. This page explains what personal information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• When you join the early-reader list, your email address.
• When you use the contact form, your name, email address and anything you write in your message.
• When you book a call, the details you enter in the booking calendar, which is provided by HubSpot.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, send the book updates you asked for, and arrange calls. We do not sell or rent your information. You can unsubscribe from book updates at any time by replying to any email or writing to krystian@practiceiq.ca.

Service providers

This site is hosted on WordPress. Call bookings, early-reader signups and contact requests are stored in HubSpot, which also uses cookies to measure how visitors use this site. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Practice Assessment and Capacity Diagnostic

Your answers to the online Practice Assessment and Capacity Diagnostic are saved only in your own browser. They are sent to us only if you choose to send your results, in which case we receive your name, email and a summary of your results.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing krystian@practiceiq.ca.
